When our client discovered a structural crack in their existing foul pumping station — caused by persistent groundwater ingress and a high water table — it was clear that a temporary fix wouldn’t be enough.

The client’s original station was failing due to water infiltration from a cracked structure. The coastal ground conditions made the issue even more complex, threatening long-term performance and site safety.

🛠️ Our Solution

Instead of patching over the problem, our team delivered a comprehensive upgrade built to last. We designed and installed a brand-new foul pumping station using pre-cast concrete chamber rings, offering superior watertight protection and long-term durability. This was especially important in ground conditions where GRP chambers are prone to failure.

🔧 What We Did:

Installed new pre-cast concrete chamber rings for a fully watertight system

Retained and reconnected the existing kiosk and emergency storage

Replaced all corroded internal pipework

Installed a new vent system designed to withstand the coastal environment
